Reconsideration Pending

Reconsideration Pending was the terminology used in earlier iterations of the SRD grant before the independent appeals tribunal (ITSAA) took over. It meant SASSA was internally re-evaluating your rejected application.

Under the current system, you must actively lodge an appeal for every month you are rejected. If you see this status today, the system is actively re-auditing your profile.
