SASSA Payment Not Received — Troubleshooting
Payment day has passed and your pockets are still empty? Do not panic. Here is exactly what to do.
Status says "Paid" but no money arrived
Cause: Standard bank clearing delays — this is normal and very common.
Fix: Wait exactly 3 working days (weekends don't count). If still nothing, print a bank statement and visit a SASSA office.
SASSA Gold Card not working at ATM
Cause: Postbank network outages or expired card.
Fix: Try at a Shoprite or Boxer retailer instead. If your card has expired, take your ID to the Post Office for a replacement.
