Track Your SRD Appeal Status
If your SRD application was rejected, you have the right to appeal the decision within 30 days. Appeals are handled by the Independent Tribunal for Social Assistance Appeals (ITSAA).
Why Was I Declined?
When SASSA declines an application, it means their algorithms detected an alternative source of income, discrepancies in your DHA records, or other disqualifying criteria during their checks with databases like UIF, NSFAS, or SARS.
