SASSA Status: Failed

A Failed status is usually a technical database error rather than a financial rejection. It indicates a severe mismatch—such as the ID number not existing on the Home Affairs database, or a failure in the biometric verification pipeline.

You must call the SASSA Call Centre immediately to manually verify your profile, or visit a local branch with your physical ID document.
